Please read these terms carefully before using Lovecue. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Lovecue (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.
2. Description of Service
Lovecue is a platform that allows users to send personalised digital greeting cards and scheduled voice calls to their loved ones. The Service includes tools for creating, scheduling, and delivering these experiences via email, SMS, or our app.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lovecue.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send harassing, abusive, or offensive content.
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive our source code.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through Lovecue. By submitting content, you grant Lovecue a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features of Lovecue require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All fees are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@lovecue.com.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovecue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
